  Health Tip: Nappy Rash

Nappy rash is a common problem, usually caused by a wet or dirty nappy left in contact with the skin for too long. The best way to treat an ordinary nappy rash, is leave the baby's nappy off for one hour a few times a day. It also helps if the baby's nappy is changed often.
